■ Returns and exchanges

  1. Please check whether the product is correct as soon as you receive it. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions.
  2. This product is a private consumer product, and according to the Consumer Protection Law, you may return the product within 7 days (including holidays) of receipt of goods if you change your mind. This period is not a trial period.
  3. The product you return must be in good condition, including the accessories, any additional samples, original packaging, and accompanying documents. The product is not eligible for returns or exchanges if it has been opened or used or if it is unable to be restored to its original condition.
  4. It is recommended that you use the original packaging or add protective packaging around the box. Please do not place the delivery label or write directly on the outer box of the product as we will not be able to accept it for returns or exchanges.
  5. If you have received the incorrect order, or if the product is damaged during transportation, you can return or exchange the product without having to pay a shipping fee.
  6. If your return or exchange is due to reasons such as personal preference, rather than damage caused by shipping, you will have to pay the shipping and administrative processing fee.
  7. For international orders, only defective returns can be submitted online. If you would like to return it due to personal preference, postage will not be covered. If you want to make an exchange due to a defective product, please contact customer service (please do not send the product back yourself, as we will not be able to help cover the shipping costs!).

 

■ Initiating the process

  1. Please call the customer service hotline (02) 2793-9951 or fill in the form in the “Contact Us” section. We will reach out by e-mail or telephone as quickly as possible.* All customers who want to return or exchange goods are required to provide the following information: (1) the order number (2) product name and quantity (3) reasons for return or exchange (4) your name, e-mail (for notification of refund) and contact number.
  1. After receiving the returned or exchanged goods, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 working days, and you will be notified by e-mail or telephone on the day it is processed.

 

■ Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided in these following cases

  1. The product, product-related accessories, samples, shipment schedules, and shopping invoices are incomplete.
  2. The product is damaged or deteriorated due to customer handling, or the product has been opened.
  3. Indications have been made that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
